What forms of payment are accepted?

For your protection, only PayPal payments are accepted. Credit/debit card payments must be sent thru PayPal. In addition, you must have a PayPal approved shipping address.

What condition are the laptops in?

In general, the laptops are in pretty good shape. Please keep in mind that these are pre-owned units, and may show some signs of previous use including minor scuff marks and scratches. All of the laptops that we sell are in excellent working condition. The batteries, however, are not tested by us and are not covered by any guarantee.

What is the password to log into Windows?

There is no password. Just leave the user name as Administrator and leave the password box blank. Then press the enter key or click on OK.

When will my laptop be shipped?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours Monday thru Friday. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email from FedEx with the tracking number.

What is included with the laptops?

All laptops include a power cord so you can plug it right in and begin using it. Windows 2K Pro comes preinstalled. There is no software discs or manuals included, but most manufacturers have the user manuals available for free download on their websites.

What is your guarantee on the laptops?

Laptops are guaranteed against hardware issues, excluding batteries, for 7 days upon receipt. We will repair or replace (at our option) any defective hardware/components. No guarantee on batteries. All sales are final. Returns for refunds will be assessed a 10% restocking charge. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.
